Well carved with two writhing Chilong baby dragons in high relief within an incised border, bifurcated tails, small central hole, the nephrite jade a pale celadon with 1/3 an attractive chocolate brown, reverse left plain, now mounted with decorative traditional knotted necklace cord and Peking glass bead.  Good 20th C. carving in the Han Dynasty style.   Another view here.
