A complete set of classical Chinese musical instruments in jade and other hardstones, first half of 20th century.  These are quite rare; this is the first set offered here in 36 years.  A similar set of 24 was auctioned by Sotheby's New York, 23 April 1987, lot #204, for $29,700 and was featured on the cover of their catalog.  The present set has some damages and restorations to 3 of the instruments, so the price is far more affordable.  For complete details on each instrument and a full condition report please e-mail.
