The classic and mysterious Neolithic pei form with scary fox-like eyes, typical "comb" bottom, two smaller suspension holes atop, the nephrite jade a very dark green-brown with an overall frosty alteration.  A top-quality and large copy of the Hongshan form, in excellent material and convincingly carved.  Small chip to tip of right horn. Compare to the priceless example in the Smithsonian Freer Gallery.
