Two concentric freely rotating centers with 7-pointed star and Yin-Yang, the outside framed within Pa Kua mystic trigrams, top with confronting Dragons and Ball, the Burmese jadeite light green at top, russet at bottom half.  A rare form, only one I’ve seen in 36 years.  Who but a Chinese master craftsman could create such a thing?
